The Line consists of the following items
1. Dough Extruder
b. Power Inverter by Siemens
c. Rex Transmission chains

a. Allows for gentle sheeting with minimal stress on the dough
b. 2 Siemens Gear Drive Motors
c. Satellite rollers are made from hard chrome plated cylinders
d. Roller thickeness is adjustable between 3 to 15 mm&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
