This oven is ideal for a retail pita operation producing 500 to 1000 pita per hour, depending upon product diameter. Its simple, easy to use and efficient. Alternate size ovens are available for larger production requirements

<li>Gas fired burners, 3 infra red ceramic burners (17,100 btu per) along the top, 2 ribbon burners (7500 btu) below</li>
<li>Standing pilot ignition</li>
<li>Variable speed drive can be set from 0 to 300 seconds</li>
<li>Steel plates approximately 8″ x 24”</li>
<li>Overall oven length, approximately 6’ x 3’, base model</li>
</ul>
