2. Satellite Stress Free Roller Sheeting
a. Allows for gentle sheeting with minimal stress on the dough
b. 2 Siemens Gear Drive Motors
c. Satellite rollers are made from hard chrome plated cylinders
d. Roller thickeness is adjustable between 3 to 15 mm
3. Automatic Flour Dusters as required
4. One Sheeting Head composed of 4 Hard Chromed cylinders
5. Die Cut Station with
a. one plastic mold for Sammound Iraqui bread
b. one mould for Tannour bread
c. scrap removing system
6. Flour Cleaning System of two rotary brushers
7. Bypass system with Docker to skip final proofer for Tannour Bread
8. Final Proofer – 9 level, each 4.0 metres
