BakeryMachinery.Net’s Rotary Former is ideal for smaller production runs or test kitchens … i’s table top size small footprint snugs away on most counters .

It uses a rotating drum and a rotating paddle in the hopper to fill the drum/mold opening. The product is discharged by a piston in the rotating drum.

This a one person operation machine capable of producing 1800 pieces per row .. depending upon your product size we can fit 2 or more rows of product on a drum and double your production

We have produced, granola, energy bars, cereal bars, cookies and pie crusts using the table top Rotary Former.

Custom product shapes are possible with relatively accurate scaling.
