This is an outstanding & inexpensive bar producing system for Energy Bars, Granola Bars, Date Bars and Mueseli Bars. It’s a horizontal extruder with large augers. the cutting knife is pneumatic.. it produces easily 2000 bars per hour and occupies a relatively very small footprint on your floor; Highly efficient Extruder with large diameter twin augers to carry and form the most difficult products into bars or other shapes.
Product flow is straight through for easy extrusion by large UHMW Augers or optional Stainless Steel Augers
Average speed is about 15’/minute, ie 2000 to 3000 50 gram bars per hour
